Day 1 Calliope River 24.5.18

After a quick stop off at Sarah's we headed to Apple Tree Creek rest area for a cuppa and meet up with Greg & Wendy and Yvonne & Gunther.

On to Calliope River free camp. After setting up and having lunch Mark and I went for a walk and found a coffee shop beside the museum.

Later on we all went for a stroll exploring both sides of the river.

On retirement I was given a bottle of bubbles to open on the bank of a river, under a tree, so we did 

Today we drove 265kms.
