Day 11 Charters Towers. 3.6.18

Was chilly last night so we tested out the heater. Happy to report it works very well.
I enjoyed a sleep in and easy morning. Caught up on the washing before getting ready for a bike ride.
Mark didn't fair so well. His bike had a flat tyre. So he goes to repair it and realised his repair kit is on his bike at home! So he gets a new tube out to replace it and finds its perished and mine doesn't fit 😏 So we jump in the car and go buy a puncture repair kit come back fix it. Go to pump it up and the pumps dead. Same pump he used to pump the tyres up with before we left home. So a cup of tea fixes everything, right?

After consultation with the boys the pump got sorted 😃. The boys spent a good part of the afternoon doing boy stuff on Greg's caravan and the girls had an afternoon of leisure.

In the evening we all headed off for a night of entertainment at a drive in theatre. Watching both an Agatha Christie movie and a Tim Winton literary adaption. We enjoyed a choc top ice cream as a treat.
