This morning is all about washing. We haven't used a washing machine since leaving home, so I had a couple of loads to do. I filled in my time by updating the blog.
Then it was off for a bike ride into Roma to do one last track we hadn't been on yet.
A windmill we ride past.
Start of the Adungadoo pathway.
Shadys lagoon.
A very dry creek bed.
We had to push our bikes across the train bridge.
The minature train taking families for a ride.
At the other end of the track was another piece of drilling equipment.
Western Star regional newspaper, established in 1875 and still going!
The glass turret of this old building was used as a lookout for enemy aircraft during WW2
The above describes the buildings below.
Town clock.
The cyclists obligatory coffee stop included a cake from a very popular and delicious bakery.
Another old building.
The bakery of deliciousness ☺
After that we rode back to bring in the washing, have showers, read and go to happy hours again. A great time chatting and comparing stories with fellow campers.
