Day 28 2.11.18 Kilmore

Woke to wind and rain this morning, so our bike ride didn't happen. When the rain finally stopped we jumped in the car and headed to the old gaol. The goal is in disrepair and under new management. The priority is to get the café up and running to help raise money for the necessary repairs.

 We were allowed to have a look around but you couldn't go into the buildings.

We drove down to one end of the main street and then walked around exploring, looking at old buildings.

 A lovely old church⬆ in need of some TLC.

 Another old church that was currently being used for a funeral, so we kept driving.

 Bought some supplies for a BBQ dinner then headed for home as it was starting to rain again. We finally got to go out for a short ride in between showers.
