Day 35 9.11.18 Bourke, NSW 209km

I went for an early morning walk while Markie slept in. He soon got up when I came back with coffee . After breakfast we packed up the cubby house and went on a 7km bike ride exploring the area. We found a track that went under the bridge and into a parkland area.

 I caught a Bogan!

We popped into the shearers shed but to me it was just an overload of stuff.
Then we headed off, stopping to make a cuppa at Byrock then visiting the rock holes.

Finally we made it to Bourke and went to the info center ⬇
                                          ↕
We explored the port precinct.

Then we drove out to see Fred Hollows grave. It felt a little weird taking photos in a cemetry .

We are camped between bottle trees and rosh bushes  ⬇
One of the beautiful birds that live at the caravan park.

Tonight we have booked into a caravan park in Bourke. Lovely hot showers,a camp kitchen and the  washing machine have been put to good use. Beautiful warm weather today.
