Day 42 16.11.18 Goondiwindi, Qld 197km

It's going to be a very long day. I took my first photo of the day at 4.55am.

And this one at 5.55am

Stopped at Tallow for a very delicious coffee. Then on to Weengallon to look at some water wells.

 Came across a long paddock ⬇

 Goondiwindi botanical gardens ⬇we didn't stay long as it was very hot and dry.

 Weighed up the costs and it was cheaper to stay in a caravan park with a pool than at the Showgrounds and pay to go to the pool. So we have booked 2 nights and made lots of use of the pool and spa already.

People have been very friendly here. We shared the small camp kitchen with another couple and had a great time chatting and comparing stories.
